★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 저도 알바 해본 입장이라 앵간한거 다 넘어가는데, 밀리터리 버거 시키면 치킨너겟 준다하는거 안나왔길래 왜 안나오냐 했더니 그때 가서야 "그거 주문할 때 같이 시키셔야 해요." 이러고 있노... 실수로 안준거 괜찮다 이 말이야~ 근데 뭘 잘 써서 붙여놓은거도 아니고 안내를 따로 해준거도 아니면 조치를 해주려는 최소한의 의지는 있어야죠. 롯데리아 다시는 안갑니다. 아 물론 밀리터리 버거 맛없어서,,,^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 불고기버거 2개 주문해서 테이크아웃하는데 넘넘 기다려서 짜증났어요. 취소하고 싶었는데 내앞에 더 많이 기다린 손님들이 있어서 참았어요. 매장에 기다리는 손님들도 다 지치고 짜증난표정이었음. 롯데리아 광고만하지말고 바쁜시간대에는 인원 조정해서라도 고객서비스 제대로해주세요. 주문하면 빠른시간에 주는 다른 버거매장 가야할듯.
I ordered two bulgogi burgers and got annoyed by the long wait. I wanted to cancel, but there were more customers waiting in front of me, so I put up with it. All the customers waiting in the store looked tired and annoyed. Don't just advertise in Lotteria, but also adjust the number of people during busy times to provide good customer service. I guess I'll have to go to another burger shop that gives you a quicker if you order it.
