★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 마코토 사장님께서 새로 오픈하신 이자카야입니다.
역시 맛있네요.
사시미 모리아와세 잘 숙성되어 맛있구요, 특히 메로구이 대박입니다.
메로 특유의 고소함과 간장의 달큰 짭조름함이 정말 잘 어울리네요.
마찬가지로 직접 구어주시는 닭다리 구이도 정말 맛있었구요.
전메뉴 다 맛볼때까지 꾸준히 도오전~~!
오픈한지 얼마 안되었어도 인기가 많아 자리잡기 힘듭니다.
예약은 6시 첫 타임만 가능하고 이후 불가능하지만 9시 이후에는 자리 여유가 생기네요.
새벽 2시까지 하신다니 밤술 한잔 하기에도 좋을것 같습니다.

Sashimi Moriyawase is well matured and delicious.
Melo's distinctive savory and soy sauce's sweetness goes well together.
The grilled chicken legs were also delicious.
Doojeon steadily until all the menu is tasted ~~!
It's very popular even though it's just opened.
Reservations are only possible at 6 o'clock in the first hour and afterwards but cannot be reserved after 9 o'clock.
I think it's good to have a drink at night until 2 am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 다들 아마 춘천에 스시장이 생기기전에 춘천 최고의 스시는 마코토라고 생각했을 것이다. 그때 운영하시던 요리사님께서 오픈하신 이자카야고 뭐 다른것을 떠나서 숙성회의 맛이 정말 일품이다. 가격에 비해 양이 적게 느껴질 수 있으나 생각보다 먹다보면 좀 충분하다는 것을 알게된다. 그리고 일단 분위기와 맛이 이외에 다른것을 압도하기때문에 별 문제가 없다. 딱 한 가지 단점이있다면 손님들이 계속 들어오기때문에 약간 눈치가 보인다는것정도...........
Before the sushi market opened in Chuncheon, everyone thought that the best sushi in Chuncheon was Makoto. Apart from the izakaya opened by the chef who was running at that time, the taste of ripening sashimi is truly excellent. You may feel that the amount is less for the price, but if you eat it than you think, you find that it is enough. And once the atmosphere and taste overwhelm other things, there is no problem. If there is only one downside, it seems a little noticeable because customers keep coming in.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 춘천 1티어 맛집. 그 어디서도 이 가격에 이런 퀄리티를 만날 수는 없음. 춘천 닭갈비고 뭐고 다 필요없음. 다만 아쉬운게 있다면 와인잔도 있었으면 더 좋았을 거 같다
Chuncheon Tier 1 restaurant. You can't find this quality at this price anywhere else. Chuncheon chicken ribs and nothing else. However, if there is anything regrettable, it would have been better if there were wine glasses as well.

빠르게 나오는 메뉴는 최고! 하지만 아일랜드 손님 에게만. ! 테이블 에서는 메뉴가 나온지 7분 만에 젓가락이 나오고 더 이후에 간장이 나옵디다.
이해합니다 . 그래서 과감히 별 셋!
The food was delicious and the highball was good.
The quick menu is the best! But only to Irish guests. ! At the table, the chopsticks came out 7 minutes after the menu came out, and the soy sauce came out later.
I understand . So boldly three stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 가지초밥이랑 명란구이 맛있어요. 손님이 많아 응대가 바로바로 안되는이 아쉽긴하지만 전체적으로 만족스러웠습니다.
Eggplant sushi and grilled cod roe are delicious. It's a pity that there are so many customers that we can't respond right away, but overall, we were satisfied.

I couldn't go to Japan because of Corona... This shop gives you a taste of Japan. Fresh and delicious. Especially the highball is so delicious.
