★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 조금 오래된 아파트입니다. 30평형의 경우 구조가 좀 특이합니다. 방은 세개입니다. 안방은 큰편이지만, 나머지 방들은 아주 작습니다. 특히, 가장 작은 방은 너무 작어서 침대가 들어가지 않습니다. 배란다는 폭이 매우 좁습니다. 동에 따라서는 사다리차 대기가 힘든 경우도 있습니다. 장점은 가격이 저렴하다는 것입니다.
