한시간반 남았으니 아무데나 들어가유~
로 발견한 산왕꼼장어 맛집
꼼장어를 즐겨먹는 사람들이 아닌 4명 모두 만족한
6년됬지만 많이 알려지지 않은 숨은 맛집
메뉴는 산왕꼼장어 추천
양념도 묻혀 달라고하면 묻혀 주시는듯
기본맛/양념맛 각자의 매력있음.
국산과 외국산이 있다.
외국산은 무엇을 먹고 사는지 훨씬 실하다.
(외국에선 꼼장어 버린다고함.)
외국산중에서도 베트남과 호주산이 있는데
호주산이 베트남산에 비해 기름이 더 차있다고한다.
거의 대창먹는 느낌의 고소함과 담백함이었다.
굵기는 조금 오바하면 이무기 느낌이다.
숯도 화력 짱짱한 제대로된 숯사용
남매가 운영하시는데 접객도 좋으심.
손질도 제대로 정성 들여 하시는듯.

이제 깨달았다. 꼼장어는
연어, 우니, 고등어(구이용)처럼 외국산이 더 좋은 음식이라는것을...
체인점 아님 본점임.
파주 금촌까지 가서 먹을만한 맛임.
