★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 마사지 점수: 4점. 고객응대 1점. 아로마 마사지를 받고 오일을 닦아주는데 거친 재질의 수건으로 벅벅 닦아주니 아파서 피부가 걱정 될 정도 였습니다. 샤워를 할 때 보니 손톱으로 긁은 것 마냥 빨간 줄이 죽죽 그어져 있었습니다. 또 샤워하고 보니 샤워실에 수건이 비치되어 있지 않아서 공용으로 손 씻고 물기 닦으라고 걸어 둔 수건으로 닦고 나왔습니다. 나갈 적에 주인 부부가 마사지 잘 받으셨냐 묻길래 이런 일이 있었다 소감을 전하니 다른 마사지샵도 이런 수건을 쓸 거다, 부드러운 수건을 써달라고 말했어야 했다, 눅눅할까봐 샤워실에 두지 않았다, 수건을 달라고 미리 말을 했어야 했다는 등등 내 몸에 생채기에 가까운 스크래치가 났다는 데도 클레임에 대한 사과는 단 한마디도 없이 마치 말싸움에 응수하듯 답을 하더군요. 미리 말을 했어야 했다니....이게 무슨 소리죠? 처음 온 손님은 모르면 당해라 뭐 이런 건가요? 시간을 정해서 마사지를 했으면 끝날즈음에 샤워 수건을 준비하던가 아니면 처음에 마사지복과 같이 주던가, 같은 재질의 수건이라도 '다음 부터는 오일을 부드럽게 닦아내겠습니다' 같이 피드백 받는 모습을 좀 보여줘야 하는 것 아닌가요? 불편사항을 말해주면 개선사항으로 받아들여야지 손님을 불편충 대하듯 남자 주인은 '이런 상황은 처음이네요' 하면서 허허 웃고만 있고, 여자 주인은 왜 당신만 유별이냐는 식으로 목소리에 힘을 주더군요. 발전의 여지와 개선의 의지가 조금도 느껴지지 않는 곳에 저도 두 번 올 생각 없으니 더는 말하지 않고 가게를 나왔습니다만 다음 사람들을 위해 리뷰는 남기겠습니다.
Massage score: 4 points. One point of customer response. I was getting an aroma massage and cleaning oil, but I was worried about my skin because it hurts with a rough towel. When I was in the shower, I saw a red stripe as if I had scratched it with my fingernails. When I showered, I didn't have a towel in the shower room, so I wiped it out with a towel that I hung in public to wash my hands and dry. When I went out, the owner and the couple had a good massage. I should have done so, and my body had a scratch that was close to raw, but the apology for the claim was replied as if I was responding to an argument. I should have told you in advance ... What are you talking about? If you're a first-time visitor, don't know. If you have a timed massage, do you have to prepare a shower towel at the end of the day, or give it to a massage suit at the end, or show some feedback like 'I'll wipe off the oil gently next time' even with the same material? If you tell us about the inconvenience, you should accept it as an improvement. As you treat the guest uncomfortable, the male owner is laughing like this, "This is the first time." I haven't thought of coming to a place where I can't feel any room for development and improvement, but I left the store without talking anymore, but I will leave a review for the next people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 여기 귀족 마사지 숍은 완전 비추입니다. 손님 알기를 씹던 껌 같이 생각하는 것 같네요. 수건도 기름기가 덕지덕지.. 위생검열 나와야 하는거 아닌가요?
사장인지 직원인지 거만하기는 또 얼마나 유세를 떠는지... 별 하나도 아까운데 최하가 별 하나는 줘야 하네요... 손님이 있으니 가게가 유지되는건데 오히려 눈치를 봐야하니...
