★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 준치비빔밥 맛집이라기에 다녀왔습니다. 목포여행 마지막 식사였는데 너무 만족스러워서 후기 남깁니다. 사진처럼 반찬과 준치무침(사진은 小자), 조기탕, 비벼먹을수 있는 큰 그릇에 양념과 기름을 둘러서 주시는데 반찬도 깔끔하니 맛있고 준치무침은 말할 필요도 없습니다. 조기탕도 처음 비주얼은 이게 뭔가했는데 비리지않고 국물도 끝장나게 맛있어서 정신놓고 먹으면 한없이 먹을수 있겠더군요. 준치도 잔가시는 물론 씹히지만 워낙 부드러워서 꼭꼭 씹으면 걸리는것 없이 잘 넘어갑니다.
사장님도 엄청 친절하셔서 다 먹고나니 후식으로 먹으라며 수박도 주시고 옥수수도 한자루 주셔서 진짜 배터지게 먹었습니다. 기차시간만 조금 더 여유로웠다면 천천히 더 먹고싶었는데 그게 아쉬웠어요.ㅜㅜ
오후 준비시간이 있어서 오후 장사는 5시부터 시작합니다. 구글에는 딱히 영업시간에 대한 정보가 없는듯 해서 써봅니다.
I went to Junchi Bibimbap restaurant. It was the last meal of Mokpo trip and I am so satisfied that I leave a review. As you can see in the picture, you can spice it up with side dishes, marinated radish (pictured in small size), an early bath, and a large bowl that can be eaten. This is the first visual of Choetangtang, but it wasn't empty and the soup was so delicious that I could eat it without any mind. Junchi is also chewy, but it is so soft that it goes well without chewing.
The boss was very kind, so I ate all the desserts, gave me watermelon, and gave me a piece of corn. If I had a little more time to train, I wanted to eat more slowly.
Afternoon preparations are available so afternoon business starts at 5pm. I use Google as if there is no information about business hours.

The side dishes are delicious, but Junchi is fishy, so it's worse than expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 에서 깡다리조림과 준치회무침... 깡다리는 황석어(황새기)를 부르는 말로 보통 젓갈로 맛볼 수 있는데 조림으로 먹어보는 것은 첨인데 정말 맛있네요...
준치회무침은 그냥 먹는 것도 좋지만 밥에 쓱쓱 비벼 먹으면 더 맛있습니다~~^^ 메뉴는 사진 참조~
In , stewed kangdari and seasoned with junchi sashimi... Kangdari is a term that calls for Hwangseokeo (hwangsaegi), and you can usually taste it with salted fish.
Junchi sashimi can be eaten just as it is, but it tastes better if you mix it with rice~~^^ See the photo for the menu~
