★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 전에 장평동 있던곳에서 센터를 고현동으로 옮겨서 인지 본관 별관이 따로 있음 그것도 단독건물이 아닌 집합 건물이라 여러 점포들이 입점해 있어 복잡하고 센터 찾기가 힘들었음
The center was moved from Jangpyeong-dong to Gohyeon-dong, and there is a separate annex to the main building. It is also a complex building rather than a single building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 퇴사전 실업급여문의로 두번상담을갔는데 상담원이 서로다른 사람임에도 불구하고 똑같은 답변에 성의도 없었다.콜센터는 자세한건 지점상담직원에게 문의해라하고 지점상담직원은 확답을못해준다고 상담전부터 선공이 들어온다.
고용복지센터가 맞는곳인지 의문이생긴다.
I went to counseling twice for unemployment benefits inquiries before retirement, but even though the counselors were different people, there was no sincerity for the same answer. The call center asks the branch counselor to inquire about details, and the branch counselor is not able to give a definite answer.
I wonder if the employment welfare center is the right place.
