★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2년 살았는데 지하철과 버스 등 대중교통으로 동래, 해운대, 서면, 수영, 덕천 등 부산시내 어디든 가기 편함. 부산에서 손 꼽힐 정도로 교통이 편한 곳이라 생각함. 근처에 법원과 교대가 있어 유해시설이 없고 대체로 조용한 편. 종합운동장, 교대, 온천천으로 산책 나가기 편해서 살기엔 정말 좋은 곳. 다만 조용한 환경 싫어하는 젊은 분들은 서면이나 동래, 해운대 상권쪽이 더 맞을 듯함.
I lived for 2 years, but it is easy to go anywhere in Busan such as Dongnae, Haeundae, Seomyeon, Suyeong and Deokcheon by public transportation such as subway and bus. I think it is one of the best places in Busan with convenient transportation. There is a shift with the court nearby, so there are no harmful facilities and it is generally quiet. It is a really good place to live because it is easy to go for a walk in the sports complex, Gyodae, and hot springs. However, for young people who do not like the quiet environment, Seomyeon, Dongnae, and Haeundae commercial districts are more suitable.

1,3,동해선 모두 이용 가능한 거리이고 전반적으로 큰 단점 없는 아파트
