★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 생명줄과도 같은 저의 원고를 살려주신 곳이에요 ^^;; 책 준비를 위해서 몇 년간 써왔던 글이 이대로 사라지는가, 아... 말 그대로 멘붕이 왔었는데요. 데이터큐 사장님께서 싹~~ 복구해주셨구요.... 다른 곳과 가격비교도 미리 하고 갔었는데, 합리적으로 좋은 가격으로 해주셨어요!!
무엇보다도 여기 사장님께서, 뭐랄까요, 전문적이고 대응 빠르시고.... 그런 건 기본이겠지만..... 그 외에 음.... 젠틀하다고 해야 할까요? 은근 유머러스하시면서도ㅎㅎ 특히 고객의 상황이나 마음을 읽는다고 할까요? 다니다보면 어느 서비스업체든지, 본의가 아니었다고 해도 (여성)고객들의 마음을 상하게 하는 '무례함'이나 '맨스플레인'이나(호칭에서부터.... 등등....), 그런 걸 많이 접하다 보니까 항상 어딘가 컨택해야 하는 상황이 오면 온몸이 긴장하는 경우가 많았었거든요, 꼭 컴퓨터 업체가 아니더라두요~
그런데 데이터큐 사장님은 적절한 진지함과 재치(?)와 암튼, 제가 만나본 그 어떤 서비스계열 업체 분들과는 다른, 편안하면서도 전문성, 고객을 헤아리는 마음까지 있으신 분 같았어요!! (저 무슨 상담 받는 줄 ㅎㅎㅎ)
덕분에 첫 외장하드 2테라짜리 완전 복구성공했고요. 신석기시대급 아수스 놋북에서 ㅋ 어떤 놋북으로 바꿔야 하는지에 대해서도 친절하게 알려주셨어요. (본투비 기계치가 좀 부끄러웠던 사람인데) 이것 저것 컴퓨터 사양부터, 자잘한 거 여쭤보는 것도 귀찮아 하시지 않고 잘 대답해 주시더라구요....
데이터 큐 사장님, 감사드리고 번창하시길 바랍니다!! 꾸벅 :D
This is the place that saved my manuscript, which is like a lifeline ^^;; How many years I've been writing to prepare the book will disappear as it is, ah... I literally had a mental shit. The CEO of DataQ restored it.... I went to compare the price with other places in advance, but he gave me a reasonably good price!!
Most of all, the boss here is, what do you think, professional and responsive.... That would be the basics..... Other than that, um.... Should I say that he is gentle? He is humorous, but he is especially reading the customer's situation or mind? When I go to any service company, I see a lot of things like'rudeness' or'man's plane' that hurts the hearts of (female) customers even if it wasn't intentional (from the title.... etc....). Seeing that there were many cases where the whole body was tense when I had to always contact someone, even though it wasn't necessarily a computer company~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
However, the CEO of DataQ seemed to have the appropriate sincerity and wit (?) and anyway, unlike any other service-affiliated companies I have met, he is comfortable, professional, and even has a heart to count customers!! (What kind of consultation do you think you are receiving?)
Thanks to this, the first 2 tera external hard drive was completely restored. From the Neolithic Age-class Asus Nokbook, he kindly told me what kind of Nodbook I should change to. (I was a little embarrassed about Bontobe's machine teeth) From this and that to the computer specifications, he answered well without being bothered to ask for small things....
