생가 오른편에는 백야 기념관이 있다.
위쪽으로 사당,김좌진 장군비,백야공원이 있다.
무료관람이다.
신안동김씨 수공파로 문인집안이다.
십대에 가노해방과 토지, 재산분배를 한 개혁가이고 학교를 지어 교육과 계몽운동에 힘썼고 무장독립운동을 했다.
청산리대첩을 승리로 이끈 업적을 남겼다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 여행하다 우연히 들렸는데 공원등 화장실등 관리가 잘 되어있고 김좌진 장군의 생애와 업적등을 한눈에 볼수 있었으며 곳곳에 피어있는 무궁화가 인상적이었음
생가는 아쉽지만 현재 들어갈수 없었음

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 보령 해저터널 지나서 홍성에서 김좌진 장군 기념관에 들려서 항일운동과 일본군과 전투에서 대승을 이룬 업적을 읽고 존경심과 또한 크나큰 애국심에 감명 받았다. 생가터에 조성된 김좌진 장군님의 애국정신을 온국민이 본 받았으면 하는 생각이다.
After passing the Boryeong Undersea Tunnel, I stopped by the General Kim Jwa-jin Memorial Hall in Hongseong, and read the achievements of the anti-Japanese movement and the great victory in the battle with the Japanese, and I was impressed with respect and great patriotism. I want the whole nation to imitate the patriotism of General Kim Jwa-jin, which was built on the site of his birthplace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kim Jwa-jin was an anarchist who fought against Japanese imperialism in the early twentieth century. His biography is fascinating, and he is best known, I guess, for leading Korean forces at the Battle of Qingshanli in Manchuria in 1920. He was assassinated in 1930.
This site is his birthplace. It contains replica "hanok" styles homes in the style of his time which are interesting to see even if you aren't interested in his personal history. Also present is a shrine and a museum. The museum was temporarily closed when we visited (Feb, 2018).
It is all very quiet and the rural surroundings are pleasant. Free admission.
