★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在網絡上看到的大都是推介南浦洞的奶奶伽倻冷麵 할매 가야밀면，出發前問過朋友，她說在我西面的酒店附近也有冷麵店，不用特意到南浦洞。
水冷麵要先用剪刀剪開麵條及拌好。湯是凍的，上面放上蛋絲、青爪及酸蘿蔔，湯裡面還放有碎冰，味道微酸，細嚐帶一點辣，我就覺得不夠酸要多加醋。麵條顏色較淺黃，比在首爾吃到的較少嚼勁，口感像麵線，質感Q彈不會一夾即散。
水冷麵很適合夏天吃，清爽帶酸的，吃完暑氣全消！

the noodle was hard and bad quality comparing with other restaurant called "Chunhachudong" which provides nearly ★★★★☆ rank of my Korean noodle list.
hope you save your stomach from bad digesting and accept the other restaurant next to it, or go to the milmyon restaurant that I recommended before.
