S	SEUNG JOON LEE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 서울 구로구 가리봉동이 쾌적한 주거환경과 다양한 문화가 공존하는 새롭고 멋진 동네로 변모했다. 도시재생 사업을 통해 오밀조밀한 빌딩과 알록달록한 간판, 잘 정비된 도로 등이 새롭게 변화했다. 우마길 문화의 거리가 조성되고 고보조명(바닥조명 광고)이 칙칙하고 어두웠던 거리를 환하게 밝혀주고 있다. 발광라이오드조명(LED)으로 쓰레기 무단 투기 방지와 금연 등의 홍보 메시지를 길에 비춰준다. 문자를 이용한 조형물들이 거리에 있어 만남의 장소도 되고 기념촬영의 장소가 되기도 한다. 가리봉동을 가로지르는 우마길을 걸으면 마치 중국에 온 기분을 느낄 수 있다. 아름다운 한글의 사인 조형물과 중국어로 된 간판 등이 조화롭게 어우러져 한국과 중국의 문화가 공존한다. 가리봉동의 북쪽과 동쪽은 구로동과 이웃하고 서쪽과 남쪽은 남부순환도로를 경계로 금천구 가산동과 접하고 있다. 구로구 남단에 자리 잡고 있어 서울로 들어오는 남서 관문 역할을 하는 교통의 요충지다. 금천구와 광명시가 인접하고 구로디지털단지 배후 지역으로서 향후 성장 가능성이 높은 곳이다. You can feel as if you are in China when you walk along the Uma-gil that runs through Garibong-dong. The beautiful Korean sign sculptures and Chinese signboards harmoniously harmonize with the cultures of Korea and China coexist. Garibong-dong is adjacent to Guro-dong to the north and east, and to Gasan-dong, Geumcheon-gu, bordering the southern ring road to the west and south.
