★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 저렴한 가격에 가공이 아닌 자연 치즈를 듬뿍 얹은 피자를 맛볼 수 있다는 것은 행운이다. 한 번 여행에 두 번 방문했을 정도이다. 앞으로도 강화도 여행에 빠질 수 없는 코스가 될 것이다.
짜지 않게 적당히 뿌린 소스와 알맞은 토핑의 배합은 어느 미국식 피자보다 한국사람의 입맛에 잘 어울린다. 적당량을 덜어 따로 숙성시킨 도우의 찰기는 바삭하다못해 단단한 미국식 피자 도우의 단점을 보완해주고 있다.
It's fortunate that you can taste a pizza full of natural cheese, not processed, at an affordable price. I visited twice in one trip. Ganghwa Island will be an indispensable course in the future.
The combination of moderately sprinkled sauce and appropriate toppings suits Korean taste better than any American pizza. The stickiness of the dough, which is aged separately by taking an appropriate amount, is not crispy, making up the shortcomings of the hard American pizza dough.
