H	Hektor Tung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elegant decor, friendly service, impressive plates. The cuisine cleverly utilises Korean elements and makes well-balanced flavours. The texture of steamed fish is just right owing to the well controlled timing. Water kimchi (pear and pickled napa cabbage) is refreshing and rich in flavour. Sea urchin rice is amazing when going with spicy kimchi. Few Michelin 3 star restaurant could manage spicy hot flavour but it's well executed here.

Our dinner menu had price of 128000 KRW/pax. I had an enjoyable and memorial with amazing traditional dishes like a royal dinner

I could feel the chef's intentions and made all the best autumn ingredients in Korea with his idea of the ingredients’ combinations. He didn't make a lot of dedication to show off the cooking or ingredients, the dishes are meticulously presented one by one.
D	Dániel Várnai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Korean food that definitely deserves all the Michelin stars. The restaurant is very stylish. Having our own room made the experience way more intimate. The grilled skewer of croaker and striploin was absolutely amazing.

L	Lisa Han on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't mind spending money on gourmet food or having a moment at fine dining places however it was the first time I spent this much money and got this much disappointed. First of all, the food is mediocre. And most importantly, the staff are not trained at all. For every dish during a 7 course meal, they always cut our conversation being obsessed with explaining the menu and were so busy taking the plates and utensils right away even when one of us is still working on the dish. Towards the end of the course, I found out that the brass cleaner was still on my chopsticks (their utensils are made of brass and I use them at home too, so I know what it is) and it was all over my hands. So I “nicely” told them not to make the same mistake onto other customers (only because I didn’t want to either ruin my weekend or make a scene). But then they put the blame on me for having makeup or using hand lotion before the meal, the reason I got the stain on my hands according to them - which is absolutely RIDICULOUS. The general manager came but he was literally standing still while I was explaining about the situation, said sorry shortly and then ran out of the room. Oh, and of course they charged us full price. I can’t believe this restaurant has had three michelin stars for this long. I’m pretty sure it’s one of their paid ads or something. LAME.
A	Aj Froman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the most disappointing Michelin starred restaurant I have tried.I love the minimalist aesthetic and am a fan of elevated but simple cooking but the dishes were humdrum.The tasteless desserts was the worst part. Service could be improved.
G	Ga Hyun Yi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For Christmas Eve, we decided to go to Gaon to try their Michellin 3 Star course. Fortunately, I reserved around a month early so they gave us a private room which has been great for our family dinner, and regarding the dishes, I think the pictures speak for themselves. Of course it is a 3 star michelin restaurant but it has been amazing! Every detail, every flavour, every smell of the dishes were amazing and I really recommend not only Koreans but foreigners to try as you get to try every aspect of traditional korean dishes♥ the whole experience was great - even though it was a bit filling!
