고기는 나쁘지는 않은데..

한우로 쳤을때 2등급 또는 질 좋은(?) 3등급 같은 느낌이랄까...
간혹 알수 없는 정체의 부위가 있을 만큼 고기 손질도 살짝 아쉬웠네요..
제가 먹었던 메뉴는 부담업소 한마리 였습니다..
부담이 없소인지...부담이 있는 부담업소인지....
