숨겨진 히든메인이 또있었음.
다름아닌 닭개장. 직접 닭을 손질해서
닭뼈등을 그대로 넣고 푹우려낸 육수에
살만 일일히 손질해서 대파, 고사리, 토란대등
아낌없이 재료를 팍팍넣어서 끓여낸 보양식.
가격은 8000원. 하지만 양이 굉장히 많아서
속은 확실히 비우고 먹는것을 추천.
그냥 먹어도 맛있지만 얼얼함을 더하고싶다면
산초가루나 후추가루 챙겨서 따로 별첨해준다면
더 맛있음.
매우뜨거우니 천천히 먹을것.
