★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 위치도(용다리와 신트라 야시장 바로옆), 좋고 가격도 좋고 다 좋은데 화장실에서 냄새(하루종일 화장실 환풍기 틀어놓고 창문을 열어놔도 냄새가 빠지질 않네요) 하고, 근처에 사시는 분들이 흥이 많아서 인지 이른 아침부터 저녁 늦게까지 노래를 불러서(도로쪽 방은 방음이 거의 안됨) 조금 시끄러운 거 빼고는 룸 컨디션은 꽤 좋습니다.
