★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冬場は休業する冷麺屋さんが多いですが、ここカンサンミョンノクは冬場でもやっていて冷麺を食べることが出来ます。
最初に焼酎に付いてきたオカズで飲んでいると、お店の人から「お酒だけの注文はお断りしているので、なにか他を頼んでください」的なことを言われてびっくり。後から冷麺を食べるつもりだというのだが、「後から」というのがなかなか伝わらず、Google翻訳で「ゆっくり飲んで、ゆっくり食べたい」というのを相手に見せて、やっと意味が通じた模様。
オカズの酢漬けキュウリはよく酢に漬かっていて、美味しいピクルスになっていて焼酎に合いました。
それでもなんか急かされているような感じで、取り急ぎムルネンミョンを注文。
運ばれてきた冷麺の汁を飲むと、これが酢が強く効いていて甘酸っぱい日本人が求める冷麺でびっくり!
何も足さずにちょうど良い味の冷麺に韓国で出会ったことがなかったので、びっくりしました。(例えば大邸の大同麺屋とかは、大根キムチの漬汁のトンチミにちょっと味がついてるくらいのぼんやりした汁で、酢を入れて味を調整するけど、最後までなんかピンと来ない感じなんですよね)
中に入っているウゴジはスープの甘酸っぱい味に合わせて濃いめの塩加減になっていて、はっきり味が引き立つようになっていました。
驚きは中の牛肉。冷麺についてくる牛肉はスープを味が全く抜けたスープの出しガラみたいな感じで要らないなと思っていたのですが、ここの牛肉は繊維に沿って割かれ、ちゃんとしっかり味付けがあり、牛の味もしっかりして、とても美味しく、これなら具として意味があるなと思えるものでした。
全体的にとてもバランスの良い美味しい冷麺でした。
大邸を再訪する際にはぜひ、またこのお店を訪れたいと思います。

Okaz pickled cucumber is often pickled in vinegar, it is a delicious pickle and goes well with shochu.
Still, I feel like I'm in a hurry, I ordered urgently Murnenmyeon.

I was surprised because I had never met cold noodles with just the right taste in Korea without adding anything. (For example, Daido noodle shop in a mansion is a fuzzy juice that is a bit of a taste of pickled radish kimchi, and adjusts the taste by adding vinegar, but it feels like it does not come to a close until the end )
The Ugoji inside had a thicker salt to match the sour taste of the soup, and the taste was clearly enhanced.
The surprise is the beef inside. I thought that the beef that came with the cold noodles was not necessary because it was like a soup with no taste at all, but the beef here was broken along the fiber and had a good seasoning. The taste was solid, very delicious, and I thought it would make sense as an ingredient.
Overall, it was a very well-balanced, delicious cold noodle.
When you return to the mansion, I definitely want to visit this shop again.

특이하게도 고기와 배추가 들어가는데 면, 소스와 잘 어우러져 식감을 재밌게 해준다. 이러한 점이 사람들을 모이게 만드는 매력인듯하다.
떡갈비와 만두는 지금 글을 읽고 있는 누구나 다 아는 맛이며 충분히 상상되는 바로 그 맛이다.
다음 번에 이 곳에 방문하게 되면 직원냉면을 먹어보고싶다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent cold noodle place in Daegu. Been operating since 1951 and that makes the place one of the oldest in its kind in entire country. It got additional boost from its recent appearance in the famous Cold Noodle Rhapsody. It has its charm but it was below my expectations. The cold broth was interesting with its dominant beef flavor with additional sweetness/acidity from kimchi but it was bit too salty for me. Ground mung bean pancake was ordinary enough. Steamed dumplings looked like a mass produced one. The food was nice but it just didn’t deserve its fame in my opinion.
