★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 아직 초기라 바로 근처에는 편의시설이 부족합니다. 좀 더 가서 우미린아파트 근처는 상가가 잘 되어 있는데 요즘은 걸어가니 추워서 꽤 멀게 느껴지네요.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 평창올림픽선수촌과 비교해서 평지에 속해있기 때문에 접근성은 훨씬 뛰어납니다.
아파트는 깔끔하고 확실히 새로이 입주 전에 선수들을 위해 활용됐기 때문에 시설은 고급이었습니다. 다만 화장실에서 배변 후 변기에 물을 내릴 때 수압이 약하다는 의견이 많아 올림픽 당시 레지던스 룸 담당자들의 주 업무 가 변기 뚫기었습니다.
선수촌 바로 앞에 카페와 음식점 등이 많아 올림픽 기간동안 많은 외국 인원들이 들락날락 거렸습니다. 지금도 올림픽 관련 장소를 방문한다면 어렵지 않게 방문할 수 있는 장소 중 하나입니다.
