★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 어렸을 적부터 어탕국수를 많이 먹고 자랐습니다. 할머니 댁에 놀러 가서 가을 벌초 때나 모내기 계절에 모내기를 하고 난 뒤 어른들이 잡아 오시는 물고기를 이용해서 가마솥에 넣고 끓여 먹었는데 나이가 들수록 생각이 나더군요. 그런데 서울이나 경기에는 어탕 국수를 제대로 하는 곳이 잘 없어서 거창에 가면 꼭 한 번은 먹고 오는 음식인데 그중에서 거창 시장에 있는 작은 식당과 이 집은 꼭 옵니다. 가장 비슷한 맛입니다. 양도 넉넉히 주시고 제피가루도 주시고 거창읍에서는 아마도 가장 괜찮은 집인 거 같습니다. 식당도 넓어서 주말에 장날이 아니라면 웨이팅 없이 먹을 수 있어요.
끓일 때 제피를 넣는데 모자라면 테이블에 있는 걸로 추가할 수 있어요. 그런데 제피를 싫어하는 분들은 조금 안 맞을 수도 있어요.

The restaurant is also spacious, so you can eat it without waiting on the weekend if it's not a market day.
When you boil it, you add the jaffe, but if it's not enough, you can add it from the table. But those who don't like Zephyr may not be right.

어탕국수를 좋아해서 전국으로 먹고 다니긴 하는데...
무주, 영동, 함양등 TV맛집을 많이 다녔었는데...
경남 거창에 이런곳이 있었네요~
정말 숨은 맛집입니다.
국내산 자연산 잡어를 뼈와 함께 갈아서...
찐한 국물맛을 내었더군요~
국수와 함께 아주 멋집니다.
반찬도 수준급이라...
