허	허은한 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 안녕하세요 오늘 소곡주 제조 과정을 이론과 실습을 통해서 많은것을 배우게되었읍니다. 막걸리와 소곡주, 그리고 증료주까지 맛을 음미하고 깊은맛을 느껴보았읍니다. 또한 실습은 시간관계상 밑술담기와 술밥찌기는 미리 준비해주셔서 덧술하기를 하여 체험하신분들 모두가 통에 조금씩 나누어가져갔읍니다. 몇일후에 직적빚은 소곡주 맛보기를 큰기대하고있읍니다. 삼화양조장에서 운영하는 카페도 너무 훌륭하였고 조민경 역사교사님께서 모든것을 세심하게 설명하여주셔서 너무나 감사하게 생각합니다. 소곡주가 완성되면 양조장에가서 평가를 받아보려합니다^^ㅎ^^ Good morning Today, I learned a lot about the process of making Sogok wine through theory and practice. I tasted the taste of Makgeolli, Sogokju, and Jeungryoju and tasted the deep taste. In addition, due to the time relations of the training, we prepared the base liquor and steamed liquor in advance so that all of the people who experienced it were divided into barrels little by little. In a few days, we are very much looking forward to tasting Sogokju, which was created directly. The cafe run by Samhwa Brewery was also very good I am very grateful that history teacher Cho Min-kyung explained everything carefully. When the Sogok wine is finished, I will go to the brewery and get an evaluation^^ㅎ^^

I bought Sogok wine for a while at the Samhwa Brewery Experience Center on the way up after going to the countryside, and I liked the environment, such as the interior. When the guests come, I am moved by the lady's heart to do well, and the urge to go every day is in tears, but only my heart ㅡㅡㅡㅡ?
