홍천의 지역주민과 청소년들을 위한 문화센터이다.
제법 넓은 강당이 건물과 붙어있으며,
자판기도 있고 동아리실, 댄스연습실, 음악연주실,컴퓨터실 등 교육과 학습을 위한 시설로는 부족함이 없다.
충분히 또다른 의미의 학교와도 같은 역할을 충분히 해낼 수 있는 시설입니다^^
