★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 제가 차를 배정 받았는데 20분이 걸린다고 해서 어디 들어가 있기도 뭐하고 해서 직사광선 아래 그대로 20분을 서서 기다렸는데 그러다가 차가 도착해서 타려고 했더니 다른 사람이배정받은 차를 뺏어 타더라구요? 번호 확인해보니 제 번호 배정받으셨던데ㅠ 이게 대체 무슨 일이죠? 오더 좀 똑바로 내려주셨으면 좋겠고 그렇게 혼선 생길거면 다른 사람한테 오더 내리는 자리 넘겼으면 하네요^^.. 제대로 된 사과도 못 받고 30분을 더 기다렸네요^^.... 대응 방식이 별로 인거 같아요.... 직원 교육을 똑바로 시켰으면 한다 생각합니다.
 I was assigned a car and it said it would take 20 minutes, so I had to go somewhere and wait for 20 minutes under direct sunlight. Then the car arrived and I tried to get on, but someone else took the assigned car and got on it? I checked the number and you got my number assigned. What the hell is this? I would like you to place the order straight away, and if there is such confusion, I would like to pass the order down to someone else ^^.. I didn't get a proper apology and waited another 30 minutes ^^... I think the response method is not good... .I think the staff training should be straight forward.
