이용권 환불하려고 했더니, 정상가가 어쩌니 일일권이 저쩌니 하면서 공정위 표준약관 환불기준 안 지키려고 졸렬하게 나옴.
결국에는 소비자원 통해서 한 달 걸려 환불 받긴 했음.
