★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 더운 여름날 추어탕 한그릇 먹는것은 보양식으로 짱이다. 방금 먹고난 후의 사진이다. 미꾸라지를 갈아서 만든 특유한 오묘한 맛과 산초의 향, 마늘, 청량고추의 조화와 들깨의 걸죽함!! 처음 5숫가락까지는 환상의 조화 다시10 숫가락까지는 조금 맛있는 느낌. 그러면서 내몸속 세포까지 쏙쏙 들어오는 촉을 느끼며 계속해서 흡입. 그다음 10숫가락째는 약간 배부름으로 약간 밀림!! 그래두 꾹꾹 눌러 마지막까지 흡입완료.
다음코스는 숭늉의 살짝 탄맛의 고소함과 입맛의 덥덥함을 깔끔하게 잘 마무리.
그리고 차가운 물한잔으로 입가심.
