귀국후 보건소 코로나 검사를 받으러 가는길에 들린 한국에서의 첫 음식입니다 .식당에 들어 가는데도 화면으로 열을 재고 식당 방문한 이력을 전화번호까지 쓰고 테이블은 투명 아크릴로 독서실 처럼 되어 있습니다.돌솥밥추어탕을 주문해봅니다.가격은 9,500원입니다.김치와 깍두기,젓갈,콩나물 무침이 나오고 제가 아는 추어탕집의 맛있는 겉절이는 없네요.어르신들이 많이 오십니다.돌솥밥과 누룽지와 추어탕을 먹습니다.오랜만의 한국음식인데 아직은 살짝 적응이 안됩니다.간이 많이 싱거운 느낌입니다.하지만 양은 무척이나 많아서 다 비워내지 못하고 나옵니다.격리 마치고서 한국음식이 입에 적응이 되면 맛이 좋겠습니다 잘먹고 갑니다.

코로나 시대에 손님이 북적대는 곳이었습니다. 40년 전통이라 그런지 유명세를 타는 것 같았습니다. 맛은 있었지만 너무 복잡한 곳이었습니다.

가게를 평가할때 맛만 고려한다면 동네음식점치고는 별5개인듯. 그러나 엄청 관대한 사람아니고선 이가게를 가라고 추천하고 싶지않아서(+나는 이 음식점을 앞으로 다시 갈게 아니므로) 최종별개수는 2개. 손님이 왕까지는 아니어도 요식업 기본은 매너, 서비스라고 생각하는데 -딱히 자리안내하는것도 아니면서 퉁명스럽게 이자리저자리 앉지말아라 -1인왔다고 기본제공하는 김치클라스보소 먹다남긴건줄ㅡㅡ (머 남길까봐 그런거라 변명?할수도 있지만..옆테이블 2인에게 기본제공한 김치와 매우 비교되는^^ 그래도 더달라고하니 다행히..더주기는 했음..야박하나 인색하진않은걸로) -손님나갈때/계산할때 (가령 잘 드셨어요?, 맛있으셨나요?, 얼마입니다, 계산하겠습니다, 안녕히가세요, 잘가세요, 감사합니다 등) 일절 말없음... 카드만 한손으로 건너받고 다시 넘겨주고 끝ㅋㅋㅋ아니 머 대화를 원하는게 아니라 인사는 기본아닌가? 손님인 나만 인사하고 나옴ㅡㅡㅋ 마스크 너머로 보이는 눈빛도 그렇고 어째..친절과는 거리가 먼 식당인듯. 지금은 세상 떠나신 분과 나름 추억의 장소기도하고 날이 추워지니 따뜻한 음식이 생각나서 오랜만에 갔다가 기분만 상해서.. 내돈주고 기분까지 나뻐질 필요는 없는듯하여 다신 안갈듯.
If you only consider the taste when evaluating the restaurant, it's like 5 stars for a local restaurant. However, I do not want to recommend going to this restaurant unless I am a very generous person (+I will not go to this restaurant again in the future), so the final number is 2 stars. Even if the customer is not the king, I think the basics of the restaurant business are manners and service. - Don't sit bluntly from one seat to the next without guiding you. -The kimchi class that is provided by default because it came for one person must have been leftover ㅡㅡ (I can make excuses for fear of leaving it behind? I gave more.. It's crude but not stingy) -When guests leave/checkout (eg, did you eat well, did you like it?, how much is it, I'll pay the bill, goodbye, good bye, thank you, etc.) Absolutely no words... Receive only the card with one hand and hand it over again, and you're done Haha no I don't want a conversation, isn't it basic to say hello? I am the only customer who greets me. Now, it's a place of remembrance with a person who has passed away, and as the days get colder, I think of warm food, so I went there after a long time and only felt bad.. I don't think I need to give my money to make my mood worse, so I don't think I'll go again.

40 years old Korean restaurant which has only one menu, Choo-uh-tang Choo-uh is a mud fish that is used for soup and this fish is supposed to be a health food and many Koreans enjoy having this healthy soup to stay healthy during hot summer time. This grandma restaurant is very popular and seems to be crowded all the time. Reasonable price for a soup actually I couldn’t tell if it’s really tasty or not. It just tastes like another doenjang soup to me. My favorite thing here is dolsot rice. Dolsot is a king of pot made out of stone. They serve a newly cooked rice in this hot pot. Rice tastes way better. After scraping a rice into a bowl you pour some water to a hot pot and it becomes a hot rice water . It has subtle gentle flavor. It’s called noo-rung-gi in Korean. About kimchi here It looks like kimchi but doesn’t taste like kimchi . It is just cabbage swimming in hot red chilli pool . God I think they need to do something about it. This fish soup needs good tasty kimchi~~
