The only one thing I'd like them to modify is to add more $20-30 range of gifts especially cakes and the hand delivery charges to be abit less since $13 is alot, I hope they'll be able to provide them in future.
Our of the services I have used, their delivery, packaging and customer service is far the best in South Korea.
