Doctor Park & nurses were extremely nice! I was able to come in & get a consultation without an appointment. The surgery process was really fast & convenient! They take really good care of you & the doctor knows what looks most natural for you!

The staff are very nice and friendly especially Aida, she awesome! Dr. Park was very nice and honest. Other places have prices jacked up when they heard I’m American, but face plus was honest about their pricing. After the surgery procedure, there are staff who made sure to check on me constantly.

I did several anti-aging procedures at FacePlus clinic in November 2019. I am 37 years old and I really needed to refresh my appearance to look younger and less tired. My facial muscles were pulled up by a thread lift and fat graft helped to get rid of deep nasolabial folds and wrinkles. Dr. Park was so careful and did everything to perfection. Face Plus plastic surgery was recommeded from a Korean friend and they have a good history of performance on the web so I decided to have a go. I contacted FacePlus via WhatsApp and got a consultation on the same day. The team is friendly and professional in what they do, an open, honest discussion throught a interpreter Bonnie. I was introduced to the main doctor, Dr Jung Geun Park, a well regarded surgeon who gratuated from Seoul University. He recommeded a few enhancement for my face which I can do in one go or later. He explained and answered any concerns that I have on the selected procedures (upper + lower blepharoplasty and rhinoplasty) I decided to have a surgery on the next day. Bonnie organised my medicine chart and stayed with with me throught the opration bc Dr Park needed me to open and close my eyes/mouth for his design. After the surgery, I went to the clinic almost everyday for LED treatment which helps removing bruises on my face. Document provided for departures are medical certificate and medical tax refund (10%). Face Plus team Bonnie + Aida, two members who speak English were very helpful and attentive. Other Faceplus members are caring despite language barrier. The whole experience at Faceplus was comforting for a solo patient. I'm happy with outcome and the service. Thank you for your caring. It was a great experience from the start to the end. I arrived at Incheon Airport around 9pm Korean time. It was late, the chauffeur ( provided by the clinic) already there waiting for me to take me to my hotel. Amy the international advisor welcomes me on WhatsApp. She assured me where to go and we will meet up the next day and who will pick me up. I felt comfortable and save. Arrived at the clinic the next day, the clinic looks nice, professional and clean, the staffs were friendly and always have a translator next to me. Dr. Park was friendly, sincere and experienced. After looking at me, he explained what I needed and which options are better for me like as if he knew what I wanted. I agreed right away. I had a facelift, neck lift, upper and lower and fat graph done. The surgery was long but smooth. He kept me staying at the clinic over night with an attending nurse until I was ready to leave. The nurses whose cleaned and changed the dressing were gentle and polite. I got laser light treatment almost everyday to help my swelling goes down. I am thankful for that. Two more days I will be going home, my face already looks amazing and young. Dr. Park is a great plastic surgeon, he cares about his patients. He is experienced, kind, and genuine. He also guarantees his work, if you don't like what you see he will fix it again at no charge. Furthermore, Aida and Bonnie are two of the staffs whose took turns called taxi for me and waited in the cold until the taxi arrived and until I got in the taxi. They both, the nurses and all the staffs are so wonderful and pleasant to be with. I would recommend Dr. Park and his staffs to my family and friends. “Face Plus“ what a name, so I googled and researched. I contacted by email and quick enough the answers are right away. Emailing back and forth for few months and I arrived in Seoul. I visited Face Plus and all are warmly welcome . Amy who helped me from the beginning to the end was very helpful. All the staff from face plus and Dr. Park did excellent job. I am satisfied with my face lift and liposuction few areas on my body. I researched a lot of clinics and also consulted but I found face plus is for me. I would like to thank to Dr. Park and his staff for all their professional jobs and kindness.

I chose this clinic after reading a lot of good things about Dr Park and his employees. I needed to do the nose revision so I needed to be even more careful with my decision.
