I always felt like I was in good capable hands and was able to find the right intensity for me with their various class offerings throughout the week. Perfect for someone with a business schedule like me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since I started working out with F45 gangnam, my life has been staying fit, and i am kinda addicted to working out now! It’s a good thing!
You wont get ever bored if u work out with coaches here, they are like super fun cheerleaders and especially training program of F45 is absolutely fun too. Highly recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to the gym before, I've been getting PT's, jumping, boxing, etc.
I've done a lot of different exercises. However, F45 is the only place where you can have fun working out with programs that change every day, friendly coaches, and other people.
I recommended it to the people at the company because it was so much fun, and I actually go there.
