It's healthier than chicken because there's no oil in it.
Add many vegetables such as carrots and onions, and taste with red pepper paste seasoning, so it is a little spicy.
And if you add cheese, you can taste more rich steamed chicken.

So glad we stumbled upon this restaurant. We ordered the medium size and that was good for 3 people. It was our first time trying Jjimdak and it was soooo delicious! It is basically braised (steamed) chicken marinated in a korean soy sauce together with various vegetables, glass noodles, and rice cakes. Make sure to add the cheese on top - it tastes even better! Nice, friendly staff although they have limited English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the large one for 5 people! It can easily serve up to 6 people though. The sauce is nice, and the chicken, mandoo, potatoes and glass noodles really soak up the sauce! You can add rice on the side as well. Salad is provided. You can choose the spice level (normal, spicy, more spicy). Staff are polite and good service provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The small size is for 3 persons. The chicken is satisfying but the cellophane noodles are too chewy and the dumplings did not match in this meal. I recommend original chicken(a bit spicy) with cheese and rice. The waitress is really polite and the phenomenon is casual. It is the place you want to hang out with several friends.
