★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이대앞에서 혼밥하기 좋았던 중식집. 이름은 분식인데 중식메뉴 팔고있고요 볶음밥 꼬슬꼬슬하니 맛있었어요. 그리고 여기 튀김만두가 굿이었네요
단점으로 뽑자면 기름기가 좀 많은편이에요. 콜라 땡기는 중식당이었어요

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 투박하고 따뜻한 완탕국밥을 파는 맛있는 식당. 우선 밑반찬으로 오이무침과 김치가 나온다. 요 오이무침이 아주 별미다. 무슨맛이냐면 무려 오향장육맛이다. 난 개인적으로 오향장육을 중식중에 가장 좋아하기때문에 정말 반가웠고 맛있었다. 새콤달콤하고 다진마늘도 아낌없이 들어있어서 참 좋았다. 김치맛은 나쁘지 않았다.
이윽고 완탕국수가 나왔다. 숙주와 애호박과 파, 양파와 계란이 먹음직스럽게 어우러져있어 보기만해도 푸짐하다. 당연히 콩나물일거라고 생각했는데 숙주여서 이곳이 중식당 기반이라는 것을 새삼스래 떠올렸다. 도대체 무슨 맛일까 엄청 궁금했는데, 처음엔 계란과 숙주와 후추의 부드러운 조화에 전주식 콩나물해장국 같다가-칼칼한 육개장 맛도 나고-그러나 전체적으로 훨씬 가볍고 부드러운 맛이었다.
면은 옥수수면같던데 부드럽게 푹 익혀나오기보단 꼬들꼬들하게 설익혀져있다. 면을 칼국수면으로 바꾸는게 훨씬 나을거같단 생각이지만 중식을 살리려면 옥수수면도 괜찮겠다. 투박하고도 푸짐한 갖가지 재료들 속에서 계란을 너무 맛있게 잘 풀으신게 신의 한수라고 생각한다. 고기조각들도 들어있는데 비린내도 안나고 맛있었다.
그런데 완탕국수/국밥이라고 하는데 완탕과 일반만두의 중간정도 느낌에다가 그마저도 딱 두세개 들어가있어서 별로 포인트될건 없었다. 후추맛이 강하여 중식 만두맛인게 느껴지지만 고기도 너무 적어서 아쉬웠다. 결국 음식을 특징적으로 네이밍하기 어려워서 그냥 완탕국밥이라고 하신 것 같다. 또 나는 밥을 따로 시켜서 먹었는데 일반밥솥에서 꺼낸걸 감안해도 쌀이 조금 아쉬웠다. 맛있는 국밥에 쌀이 조금 더 맛있었다면 어땠을지 싶다.
그럼에도 6500원에 이러한 푸짐하고 편안한 음식을 먹는다는건 매우 행운이라고 평가하고싶다. 계속해서 생각나는 맛이고, 하루가 지난 오늘 또먹고싶다. 장춘냉국수와 군만두도 맛있다던데 꼭 먹어보고싶다. 푸짐함과 넉넉함을 잃지 않고 위생에 조금 더 신경쓰신다면 정말 롱런할 것 같다. 친절하신 사장님 부부의 정겨운 말씀들도 참 좋았다.

Before long, wonton noodles came out. Bean sprouts, zucchini, green onions, onions and eggs are deliciously harmonized, so it's generous just to look at. Of course, I thought it would be bean sprouts, but since it's a host, I reminded myself that this is the base of a Chinese restaurant. I was really curious about what it tasted like, but at first it was like Jeonju-style bean sprouts haejangguk with the gentle harmony of egg, bean sprouts, and pepper-but it tasted like a sharp yukgaejang-but overall it was much lighter and softer.
The noodles look like corn noodles, but rather than softly cooked, they are softly cooked. I think it would be much better to change the noodles to kalguksumyeon, but corn noodles would be okay to save lunch. I think that it is God's hand that you scoop the egg so deliciously out of a variety of crude and generous ingredients. It also contained pieces of meat, but it didn't smell fishy and it was delicious.
By the way, it was called Wonton Noodles/Gukbab, but it was halfway between Wonton and regular dumplings, and there were only two or three pieces in it, so there was no point. The peppery taste is strong, so it feels like a Chinese dumpling, but the meat was too little, so I was disappointed. In the end, it was difficult to name the food characteristically, so it seems that he said it was just wonton soup. Also, I ordered the rice separately and ate it, but even considering that it was taken out of the regular rice cooker, the rice was a bit disappointing. I would like to know what it would have been like if the rice was a little more delicious in the delicious soup.
Nevertheless, I would like to evaluate that I am very lucky to eat such a generous and comfortable food for 6500 won. It's a taste that keeps coming to mind, and I want to eat it again today after a day. Changchun cold noodles and grilled dumplings are also delicious, but I definitely want to try them. It would be a long run if you pay more attention to hygiene without losing the generosity and generosity. The kind words of the boss and his wife were also very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 난 국밥류 같이 국물에 밥을 말아먹는 건 거의 무적권 설렁탕이어서 그 외엔 갈비탕이나 아니면 육개장 등도 별로 안 먹어봤고 특별히 관심도 없었음.
아마도 어려서부터 고기에 대해 예민했고 더군다나 국물에 든 고기는 소스라칠 정도로 싫어해서 살코기 위주로 들어있는 설렁탕이 좋았나 싶음.
그러다 군생활을 하면서 보쌈도 먹기 시작했고 나중엔 일본 라멘을 먹기 시작하면서 차슈는 내가 싫어하는 잡내나 질깃함 등이 없어 좋아서 점차 용기를 내서 이젠 어느 정도는 국물에 든 고기도 괜찮은 가게에서 내놓는거라면 먹는데 그래도 아직까지도 김치찌개 같은데 든 큼직한 돼지고기나 특수부위가 들어간 국밥 같은 건 못 먹음.
며칠 전 YennaPPa님의 리뷰에서 본 여기 천진분식의 완탕국밥이 궁금했는데 위치는 안 간지는 꽤 됐지만 짜장면이나 짬뽕보다는 난자완스덮밥이나 류산슬덮밥, 라조육이나 라조기덮밥등의 덮밥메뉴를 더 좋아하는 나는 그런 식사메뉴를 비교적 저렴하고 맛있게 내놓아 연남동에 있었을때부터 좋아하는 중식당 유가 위치한 옆 골목이어서 금방 찾음.
계단을 내려가 좁은 골목이 끝나는 위치 쯤에 있었는데 외관은 전혀 식당 같은 느낌은 아니었지만 유리문을 열고 들어가니 우측엔 주방이 좌측엔 2인용 테이블 여러개가 놓여있었고 가게가 예쁘게 꾸며지거나 한 건 아니더라도 깨끗이 유지되고 있는게 느껴졌고 사장님과 사모님이 반갑게 맞아주시는데 한 눈에 여기도 내가 좋아하는 오너 사장님부부께서 정성스럽게 조리한 음식을 내놓는 가게구나 싶어 이미 어느 정도 맘에 드는 느낌임.
메뉴는 완탕국밥을 생각하고 왔지만 비쥬얼이 뭔가 짬뽕 느낌이어서 짬뽕은 먹지만 짬뽕밥은 좀 그래보여 안 먹는 나는 잠시 머뭇거리다 사장님께 완탕국밥과 완탕국수 중에 어떤게 더 잘 나가는지 여쭤보니 아무래도 완탕국밥이 더 잘 나간다고 하셔서 둘 다 잘 나간다고 하셨으면 완탕국수를 주문했을텐데 그냥 완탕국밥을 부탁드림.
사모님께서 먼저 물을 가져다 주시고 완탕국밥이 나오기 전에 반찬도 가져다 주심.
반찬은 3종류로 다 정갈해 보였는데 김치는 의외로 좀 짠듯하면서 살짝 시큼해 별로라고 생각이 들었고 오이무침은 좀 더 시큼달큼한 맛이 배어있나 했는데 간장양념이 옅어선지 거의 생오이의 느낌에 가까운 정도였음.
마지막으로 좀 붉게 무쳐진 게 뭔가 맛을 보니 자차이였는데 뭔가 감칠맛과 은은한 매콤함이 좋아 지난번 연남동 다인에서 고추장과 들기름으로 무쳐낸 반찬인 진즈케가 떠올랐고 전혀 짜거나 하지 않아 맛있었음.
드디어 내가 주문한 완탕국밥이 바로 조리되 준비되니 사모님이 가져다 주심.
사장님이 조리해서 사모님이 가져가시라고 음식을 올려놓는 바 테이블 같은 곳에 올려놓으셨을땐 좀 아담하게 보였는데 막상 가져다 주시니 그렇지 않고 그릇이 크진 않았지만 푸짐했음.
먼저 냄새를 맡아보니 후추 향과 숙주 향이 확 느껴지고 스푼으로 국물을 떠서 맛을 보는데 어?함.
기대했던 칼칼함은 없고 마치 인스턴트 라면을 잘 끓이는 분식집 같은데서 내어주는 맛과 비슷해서 삼양라면을 살짝만 매콤하게 조리해서 숙주 등을 얹어서 내놓는 느낌이었고 맛도 진하거나 하지 않고 계란이 풀어져 들어가 부드러우면서도 비교적 맑고 개운해서 시원하다고 느껴지는 맛이었음.
그냥 먹으려다 너무 뜨거워서 하는 수 없이 가져다 주신 앞접시에 덜어 식혀가며 국밥을 맛을 보니 계란이 풀어져 들어가서 부드러우면서도 은은하게만 칼칼하고 시원해서 좀 더 매콤한 걸 기대했던 나는 음~함.
조그만 사이즈의 완탕은 4-5개 정도가 들어있었는데 국물이 맑은 타입이 아니고 그래도 은은한 매콤함이 느껴지는 국물이어선지, 괜찮았지만 사이즈도 작아서 특별히 육즙이나 맛이 좋다고 느껴지거나까지 하진 않음.
국밥 안에 든 숙주나 파 등은 다 신선하게 조리되서 딱 좋은 정도의 익힘과 아삭함이어서 좋았고 완탕국밥을 먹다보니 점차 좋아지는 느낌임.
어제 홍대 작은식당 한소끔의 만둣국이 첫 입에 감칠맛이 느껴져서 좋나 싶지만 나중엔 그다지 안 끌리는 것과 달리 여기 완탕국밥은 비쥬얼에서 기대되는 칼칼함이 아니어서 실망인가 싶지만 먹다보니 은은부드러운 칼칼함과 시원함과 개운함, 신선한 야채의 아삭함이 좋아 점차 좋아지는 느낌이고 다 먹을때쯤엔 좋다고 생각됨.
첫 입에 짜게 느껴졌던 김치는 끝까지 맛있다곤 안 느껴졌지만 점차 덜 짜게 느껴졌고 반찬들이 다 정갈하면서 정성이 느껴져 완탕국밥과 다 먹음.
리뷰를 쓰면서 계속 생각나는 걸 보니 재방문할 거 같고 여기 음식은 신선한 재료를 쓰면서 MSG가 안 들어갔거나 조금만 들어가 뒷 맛도 깔끔한 느낌이고 난 돼지고기가 들어가는 볶음밥은 안 좋아하는데 아까 옆 테이블의 볶음밥은 고슬하게 잘 볶아졌고 그다지 고기가 보이지도 않았고 빼달라고도 할 수 있다니 다음번엔 볶음밥 등 다른 메뉴도 맛보고 싶은 생각이 든 분식집 이상의 가게여서 기분 좋은 방문이었음.

I looked at YennaPPa's review a few days ago, and I was curious about the wonton soup of Tianjin bunsik here, but the location is quite long, but I prefer the rice bowl menu such as Nanjawansu rice bowl, Ryusanseul rice bowl, Rajo meat or Rajogi rice bowl rather than jajangmyeon or Jjambbong. The menu is relatively inexpensive and delicious, so I found it right away because it was located next to Yu, my favorite Chinese restaurant since I was in Yeonnam-dong.
I went down the stairs and was near the end of the narrow alley, but the exterior didn't feel like a restaurant at all, but when I opened the glass door and entered, there was a kitchen on the right and several tables for two people on the left. I felt it, and the boss and wife were welcoming me. At a glance, I already liked it to some extent because it was a restaurant that served carefully cooked food by my favorite owner, president and couple.
On the menu, I thought about wonton soup, but the visual feels like champon, so I eat champon, but the champon rice looks a little like that, so I hesitate for a while. I would have ordered a wonton noodle soup if they said they both went well, but just ask for wonton soup.
My wife brought me water first and side dishes before the wonton soup was served.
The side dishes were all three types, but the kimchi was surprisingly salty and slightly sour. .
Lastly, when I tasted something that was reddish, it was Jachai, but I liked the umami and subtle spiciness. I remembered Jinzuke, a side dish seasoned with red pepper paste and perilla oil at Dine in Yeonnam-dong last time, and it was not salty at all.
Finally, the wonton soup I ordered was cooked right away, and my wife brought it to me.
When the boss cooked and put the food on a bar table or something for my wife to take, it looked a little small, but when he brought it, the bowl was not big, but it was generous.
First of all, when I smell it, I can feel the scent of pepper and bean sprouts. I scoop the soup with a spoon and taste it.
It doesn't have the sharpness you expected, and it's similar to the taste of a snack shop that cooks instant ramen well, so it feels like cooking Samyang ramen slightly spicy and serving with spicy bean sprouts. It was a refreshing taste that felt cool.
I just wanted to eat it because it was too hot, so I poured it in the front plate I brought so many times, and when I tasted the soup while cooling it, the egg was loosened and it was soft, but it was only slightly sharp and cool.
The small-sized wonton contains about 4-5 pieces, but the broth is not a clear type, but it was a broth with a subtle spicy taste.It was okay, but the size is also small, so it doesn't feel particularly juicy or taste good.
The bean sprouts and green onions in the soup are all freshly cooked, so it's good to have just the right degree of cooking and crunchiness.
Yesterday's Hongdae small restaurant Hansogeuk's dumplings tasted good in the first mouth, but unlike later, it's not very attractive. It feels like it's crunchy and gets better, and I think it's good by the time I finish eating it.
Kimchi, which felt salty in the first mouth, didn't feel delicious until the end, but it gradually felt less salty, and the side dishes were all refined, and I felt the sincerity, so I ate it with wonton soup.
As I keep thinking about writing reviews, I think I will visit again. The food here uses fresh ingredients and does not contain MSG or contains a little, so the aftertaste is clean. It was fried well, and I didn't see much meat, and I could say that I could ask for it. Next time, I wanted to taste other menus such as fried rice.

저는 만두를 그닥 안좋아하지만 여기만두는 10개먹을수 있어요^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 완탕국수 비쥬얼에 반해서 먹으러 간건데 그날만 간이 덜된 건지 생각보다 밍밍하고 싱거웠어요. 그래도 군만두랑 볶음밥 덕분에 만족했습니다. 군만두는 제대로 바삭하고 볶음밥에선 불맛이 났고 같이나오는 짜장이 짭조롬한 게 맛있더라구요.
그런데 가장 베스트는 밑반찬으로 나온 오이무침!!!!! 신선해서 아삭아삭한데 마늘향이 잘 어우러져서 계속 손이 가네요.
가격도 저렴하고 사장님도 친절하셔서 다음에 다른 메뉴 먹으러 또 갈거예요.
I was going to eat wonton noodles because of the visuals, but it was lighter and lighter than I thought if it was less seasoned only that day. Still, I was satisfied thanks to the grilled dumplings and fried rice. The grilled dumplings were very crispy and the fried rice tasted like fire, and the salty jjajang served with them was delicious.
But the best is the cucumber seasoning served as a side dish!!!!! It's fresh and crunchy, but the garlic scent blends well, so I keep going.
The price is cheap and the boss is kind, so I will go to another menu next time.
