★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is said that Eungbongsan Palgakjeong Pavilion is one of the three best spots for night view of Seoul. I couldn’t agree more! This is a wonderful place for a little hike and a GORGEOUS night view of Seoul. If you plan to drive there, I would say it would be quite difficult for you to find a parking space nearby, so you had better use public transportation. :)
