★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 전에 고구마케이크가 얼어서 환불 시켰는데 좀 망가진 상태로 가지고 와서 일단 환불을 해주셨지만 나중에 빵 사러 갔는데 매니저님께서 이건 환불을 안 된다고 말씀하시더라고요 아무리 전에 너무 심했다고 해도 손님한테 태도가 불량했어요 다시 생각해도 진짜 내가 왜 그런 태도를 받아야 하는 지 모르겠어요.. ㅠㅠ
I returned the sweet potato cake because it was frozen before, but I brought it back in a damaged state and gave me a refund, but later I went to buy bread, and the manager said that it is not refundable. I don't know why I have to be treated like that..
