★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 홍어를 즐기지 않는 입장에서 평을 하자면 삼합으로 먹으면 못먹을 맛은 아닙니다. 술때문에 꼭지가 살짝 돌면 간혹 지중해의 숙성된 민트향이 나는것 같기도 합니다.
근데 홍어 코 튀김은 정말 못 견디겠더라구요. 맛있어 보이는 모양(튀김옷)에 속으면 안됩니다.
 If you do not enjoy skates, you can't eat it with samhab. When the tap turns slightly due to the drink, it sometimes seems to have the mature mint flavor of the Mediterranean Sea.
But I couldn't stand the deep-fried skates. Don't be fooled by the delicious look.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 갠적으로 익힌 홍어 좋아하는데ᆢ거의 날 것인 듯ᆢ찜은 회보다 조금 낫고 많이 시켰더니 서비스로 1인 한조각 나왔던 전이 젤 맛났어요ᆢ

완전 전라도 식은 아니고 대중적인 맛으로 적절히 조절한 듯한 먹기좋은 맛이었습니다.
홍어 무침도 맛있게 잘 무쳐 졌네요.
시장 내 위치 해 주차가 불편하긴 하나 홍어를 드실 줄 아는 분이시라면 추천 한 번 해 드릴만 한 곳 같습니다.
