★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2. 앉으면서 바로 메뉴판도 보지 않고 라볶이와 매운멸치김밥을 주문. 맵단짠 멸치볶음이 들어간 김밥이 먼저 나왔다. 매운맛이 살짝 아쉬워 지난번 주문한 고추라면의 청양고추를 올려먹으면 더 맛있겠다는 생각, 라볶이 나오기전에 다먹을 순 없으니 잘 참아야겠다는 생각 등등을 하며 반줄즈음 먹고있으니 라볶이가 나왔다.
단맛이 거의 없이 개운하게 매콤한 라볶이는 김밥과 단짝이었다. 살짝 덜 삶은 면도, 넉넉한 양념도, 쏟은 듯한 통깨도 취향에 맞았다. 김밥과 양적 밸런스를 맞춰가며 먹다보니 순식간에 뚝딱. 마지막 남은 양념에 부순 찐달걀을 버무려 먹으니 완벽한 마무리였다.
1. 을지로에서 근무할 때 가끔 밥 먹으러 들렀던 독일분식. 먹보대장을 더 자주가긴 했지만 매운멸치김밥이 맛있다는 정보를 입수하고 오랜만에 독일분식을 찾았다.
가는 날이 장날이라고 했던가. 매운멸치김밥은 매진. 대신 고추라면과 참치김밥을 주문했다. 채썬 청양고추를 듬뿍 올려주신 고추라면은 깔끔하고 개운한 매운 맛이 기분좋았다. 아쉬운대로 라면 토핑으로 올라간 청양고추를 참치김밥 위에 올려먹었는데, 맛있게 느끼한 참치김밥과 청양고추가 잘 어울려 좋았다.다음엔 꼭 매운멸치김밥을 먹을 생각이다.
2. Sit down and order rabokki and spicy anchovy gimbap without looking at the menu. Kimbap with spicy and salty anchovies came out first. The spicy taste was a bit disappointing, so I thought that it would be more delicious if I put Cheongyang pepper in the red pepper ramen I ordered last time, and I thought that I would have to be patient because I couldn't eat it all before Rabokki came out.
The refreshingly spicy Rabokki with almost no sweetness was a good match with kimbap. Slightly undercooked noodles, plenty of seasoning, and spilled sesame seeds all matched my taste. I ate it while balancing the quantity with the kimbap, so it was instantaneous. Tossing the last remaining seasoning with crushed steamed eggs was a perfect finish.
1. When I was working in Euljiro, I occasionally stopped by for a German snack. Although I used to go to Mukbojang more often, I found out that spicy anchovy gimbap was delicious, so I went to Germany for a long time.
Did I mention that the day you go is a market day? Spicy Anchovy Kimbap is sold out. Instead, I ordered red pepper ramen and tuna kimbap. The chili ramen topped with shredded Cheongyang pepper had a clean, refreshing and spicy taste. To my disappointment, I ate cheongyang pepper on top of tuna gimbap, which was made as a ramen topping, and the tuna gimbap and cheongyang pepper went well together.
