★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 서비스센터에맞게 출입문서부터 경비아저씨의 거수경례가 마음에 훅 들어오면서 부품살려고 갔는데 사무실 직원분이 직접 나와서 가르쳐주데요 덕분에 들어간지 5분만에 부품사서 올수 있었습니다~~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 오늘 엔진쪽 누유로 검사 받았는데 처음에는 점검 하는데만 2일 소요 된다고 놓고가라 하더니 제가 부당한처사라 항의 한까 다시 검사 해준다고 하면서 검사 받았는데요 구입한지 일년도 안된차인데도 회사측 입장을 이야기 하며 2주걸릴수도 있으니 놓구 갈라면 그렇게하고 아니면 그냥 가라는식 입니다 참 부당한 처사라 생각되네요

점심전이라 그랬는지
담당 팀장님이 직접 점검해주고,
문제점을 해결해 주었다.
빠르게. 정확하게.
차주이지만 차알못인 내 얘기를 바로 이해해주어 고마웠다.
차주가 얘기를 해도 제대로 대응해주는 기사들이 많지 안았기에...
그래서 팀장이고 매니저인가?
17년탄 차 2,3년 더 탈 수 있을 것 같네요.
고맙습니다.
참고로 차 운행시간은 오래지만
운행거리가 길지 않습니다.
그래도 이것저것 수리했는데
오늘처럼 고민 안하고 제대로 처리했던 경우가 많지 안았는데 기분이 좋네요.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 정비받으려 예약하면 최소 3개월 이상 걸립니다 바로가는 방법은 사고나야 바로갈정도구요 ㅠㅠ 쉐보레 서비스센터가 부족한데다 인원감축으로 어쩔수 없는 현실이지만 이런 부분때문에 쉐보레 차량 구입하기 망설여지네요
If you make a reservation for maintenance, it takes at least 3 months. The way to go directly is to go right after an accident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 서비스가 더뎌요. 당일 처리가 거의 힘들어요. 엔진오일 교환만 당일 되는데 그것도 예약하지 않으면 한나절 소요 됩니다.
Service is slow. Same-day processing is almost impossible. The engine oil change only takes place on the same day, and it takes half a day if you do not make a reservation.
