★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not that bad at all. I was scared a bit by previous reviews while applying for a business trip visa. But it was almost perfectly matching instructions from the website (I was asked to provide the banking history in addition to the banking certificate). Got the visa in 2 weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ when you see Spanish girl( I guess) in the office , you're lucky as she is very kind and tries to help you. I believe favourable reviewers should have met that woman. However, if you have to talk to Asian girl, be careful because the bad reviewers should have met that Asian girl, who is arrogant and super rude despite being stupid. that was super exhausting and wasting of your time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They could have given me chance to apply for visa. However, they felt like I hurt their ego and they asked me to go home more than 100 times. I have no hard feelings for them. I felt really bad because they did not treat me as a human being.
