b	bae홍홍 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 맛있어요! 파스타&리조토 정말 맛있었어요. 치즈맛과 냄새가 진해서 먹으면서 행복했습니다. 웨이팅대기시간이 시간에 따라 길수도 짧을수도 있습니다. (생각하시고 가셔야 되요) 가격은 적당합니다. 다음에도 또 가고 싶어요^^ it is delicious! Pasta & Risotto was really good. The taste and smell of cheese made me happy while eating it. The waiting time may be long or short depending on the time. (You have to think about it.) The price is reasonable. I want to go again next time ^^
M	Minhan Cho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 워크인 온리. 예약은 받지 않는다. 주말 저녁에 방문했고, 5시 30분에 오픈 후 30분이 되기 전에 모든 테이블이 찬다. 일단 크루가 4명이나 되고, 업장의 절반이 키친이고, 화덕에서 장작을 태운다는 점에서부터 기대가 컸다. 애피타이저로 아이올리와 아란치니가 나왔다. 너무 뜨거워 한입에 넣기는 힘들지만 새콤짭짤하니 맛있다. 식전빵이 굉장히 맛있어서 피자 주문 안 한 게 후회될 정도였다. 따로 주문한 샐러드에는 설탕에 졸인 피칸, 달달하게 절인 방울토마토 같은 것들이 들어가고, 치즈가 넉넉히 얹어져 나온다. 맛있다. 저 날 셰프 스페셜이 리가토니였던 것같은데, 한국인이 싫어할 수 없는 맛이다. 토마토 베이스라 감칠맛 좋고, 새콤하고, 약간 매콤하고, 위에 있는 부팔라 치즈까지 같이 먹으면 뭐 더 말할 게 없다. 리조토는 트러플이 많이 들어갔는데, 짜고, 아주 감칠맛 나고, 느끼하다. 굉장히 강렬해서 리가토니 맛이 잘 기억나지 않을 정도. 위에 얹어진 스테이크는 미디엄 정도, 아주 부드럽다. 식후로 티라미수, 아메리카노 주문했는데 괜찮았다. 다음에는 필히 피자를 주문할 예정. Walk-in only. Reservations are not accepted. Visited on a weekend evening, after opening at 5:30, all tables are full before 30 minutes. First of all, expectations were high from the fact that there were 4 crew members, half of the business was the kitchen, and the firewood was burned in the furnace. Aioli and arancini were served as appetizers. It's too hot to put in one bite, but it's sweet and salty. The bread was so delicious that I regretted not ordering the pizza. The salad, ordered separately, contains candied pecans and sweet cherry tomatoes, and is generously topped with cheese. delicious. It seems that the chef's special that day was rigatoni, a taste that Koreans cannot dislike. It's tomato-based, so it's savory, sour, slightly spicy, and there's nothing more to say when you eat it with the Buffala cheese on top. The risotto contains a lot of truffle, and it is salty, very savory, and greasy. It was so strong that I couldn't even remember the taste of rigatoni. The steak on top is medium, very soft. After dinner, I ordered tiramisu and an americano and it was okay. Next time I will definitely order the pizza.

My No.1 is Carbonara Pasta They don’t use American bacon,use Italian pancetta:) You might think little salty,but I like it! The place always crowded,waiting time is long I couldn’t eat Prosciutto crudo Pizza at this time(because many customers complained about Pizza or dishes were salty,so Chef changed Prosciutto cotto instead of Crudo.To me cotto as toppings,a little bit weird.

Truffle paccheri pasta showed a great harmony with prosciutto and full of truffle scent. It was tasty. Arancini is served as an appetizer, filling was marinated with tomato sauce. It was soft and tasty.
