★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 울산 중구 종가로에 있으며, 아파트 사이 공간이 넓고, 공원처럼 만들어 놓아서 아이들이 살고, 놀기에 좋은 구조이다.
장점으로 세대가 제법 되다보니, 관리비가 저렴한 편이고, 출입 보안시스템이 잘되어 있어 집 안에서 차량 출입 내역 확인이 가능하다.
단점으로 종이를 일요일과 월요일 사이 정해진 날짜에 버릴수 있고, 지하 주차장이 조금 좁아서, 늦게 집에 가면 자리가 없다.
바로 인근에 울산공항이 있다보니, 가끔 비행기 이륙소리가 들리는데, 너무 예민하지 않으면 살만하니, 참조하시고
최악의 단점은 대중교통이 불편해서
버스는 대강 30분 간격으로 오는듯 하고, 공업탑까지는 30 정거장
삼산은 병영에서 갈아타고 가야하는 경우가 있어, 자차가 없으면 육체적으로 힘듬.
It is located in Jongga-ro, Jung-gu, Ulsan, and the space between the apartments is wide and it is made like a park, so it is a good structure for children to live and play.
The advantages are that the number of households is quite low, so the maintenance cost is low, and the access security system is good, so you can check the history of vehicle access from inside the house.
The downside is that you can throw away the paper on a set date between Sunday and Monday, and the underground parking lot is a bit narrow, so if you go home late, there is no space.
Since there is Ulsan Airport in the immediate vicinity, you can hear the sound of airplanes taking off from time to time, but if you are not too sensitive, it is worth living.
The worst thing is that public transport is inconvenient.
Buses seem to come approximately every 30 minutes, and 30 stops to the Industrial Tower.
Samsan sometimes has to change at the barracks, so if you don't have a car, you're physically exhausted.
