There is no excessive smell like with some soondae on the market, broth is exceptionally refreshing and the texture is what keeps customers coming back. New management in 2017 has not changed much about the restaurant; everything about the food and establishment still bears its heritage of being run out of the family home in 1968 by Mrs. Dongja Jang before exploding in popularity almost immediately. The signature soondae attracts people from all over the country so expect queues and parking difficulties at peak times, despite their repeated capacity increases and rapid service.
