드디어 대구에도 에그드롭이 생겼습니다. 저렴한 가격에 그럭저럭 괜찮고 맛있는 토스트를 맛 볼수 있습니다. 가게가 매우 협소하여 2인 정도 식사 가능합니다. 저또한 포장손님이였고, 대부분 테이크아웃 손님이지만 혹시 매장에서 식사하는 다른 손님을 위해 되도록이면 밖에서 줄을 서는 것이 좋을 듯 하네요. 안쪽은 너무 복잡하고 붐빕니다.

계란 포슬포슬한게 너무 좋았다.
다만 먹다보니 빵만 남아서 아쉬울뻔했지만 스리라차소스가 배치되어있어 잘 먹었다.
It was my first time going to Egg Drop and it felt luxurious!
The soft egg was so good.
It was almost regrettable that there was only bread left while eating, but it was well eaten with Sriracha sauce.

Egg Drop的崛起，象徵Isaac吐司不再獨霸韓國。其實韓國人不太吃這種吐司當早餐的，但從Isaac開始帶動風潮後，Egg Drop和它有點小區隔，在於造型及內容物以及大多能內用，而且大量展店，開始成為早餐的新選擇。
上次吃過照燒豬肉口味，這次選擇火腿蛋加乳酪，其實是翻譯的關係，它的招牌寫得很不吸引人點餐，但為了多方嘗試就點看看。
吐司軟嫩，內層有奶油及蛋汁，歐姆蛋十分爽口，最驚豔的這片火腿，完全不柴，顛覆我對火腿的印象，整體來說口感很清爽，是一份值得推薦的輕食。
