★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 밀양을 대표하는 돼지국밥집으로는 무안면에는 동부식육식당이 있다. 100년의 역사, 돼지국밥의 원조로 손꼽히는 곳이다. 돼지고기와 쇠고기 뼈를 동시에 사용하는 게 특징인 곳이다. 국물이 비교적 맑은 곰탕 느낌도 드는 곳이다. 인근에 3형제가 운영하는 돼지국밥집이 몰려 있다고 한다. 밀양돼지국밥맛집 동부식육식당은 3대째 내려오는 원조집이다. 소뼈를 고은 육수와 암돼지를 사용하며 고기 씻을때 소금과 밀가루를 섞어 씻는 것이 특징인 곳이다. 돼지국밥맛집 동부식육식당의 돼지국밥은 기존 돼지국밥들이 돼지육수를 사용함으로써 국물이 탁하고 잡 냄새가 많이 나는데 반해 암소의 사골과 양지 등을 우려내 잡 냄새가 덜하다는 것이 특징인 곳이다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 일반적으로 돼지국밥집을가면 입구에서부터
특유의 냄새 나는데 여긴 전혀 그렇지 않음.
국물의 베이스가 다른것 같음.
맑은 곰탕 느낌.
수육백반을 주문해서 먹었는데 수육에서도 냄새가 전혀나지 않음.
고기 삶는기술이 좋으신듯.
김치 깍두기 무말랭이도 수준급.
한가한 아침시간에 갔었는데 친절하심.
다만, 부산식 돼지국밥을 좋아하시는분들은 깊이가 없다고 생각할수 있음. 부산식의 걸쭉함이 없음.
부추무침도 없음.
반면 냄새때문에 돼지국밥 싫어하셨던 분들은 좋아하실것 같음.
주차장은 약 30대정도 가능할것으로 보였고,
화장실은 깨끗한데 양변기가 아님.
