★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 건물 한동에 대략 12가구인듯 ! 앞쪽은 산책로 뒷쪽은 산이 있어 걷기 좋은 위치 ! 작은 테라스가 있어서 날씨 좋은날 햇빛쬐며 독서등을 하기 좋은듯 ! 게스트 하우스도 갖추고 있어 손님들이 많이와도 문제 없을듯 ! 주차장도 복잡하지 않고 좋음
