2Dongtan complex just like the apartment, nice and clean, spacious and relatively affordable. I would like more facilities to come in

아이들 놀이터도 구성이 좋구요.
뭐니뭐니 해도 타 단지에 비해 단열이 뛰어납니다.
겨울에 다른 단지 가보면 바로 알 수 있습니다.
층간소음도 무시 할 수는 없는데, 아예 없다고는 할 수 없지만 확실히 덜 합니다.
아이들과 살기에는 더 없이 좋아요~~
First of all, the landscaping is really nice.
The children's playground is also well organized.
Above all else, the insulation is excellent compared to other complexes.
If you go to another complex in winter, you'll know right away.
The noise between floors can't be ignored either, but it's definitely less.
It's a great place to live with children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 조용하고 바로 앞에 초, 중학교 있고 뒤에는 산이 있고 좋음. 2018년부터 입주였는데 벌써 도색을 다시 하고 보도블럭도 정비하고 정기적으로 주차장 청소도 하는 등 관리가 잘 되는 편. 그럼에도 관리비는 그대로임.
It's quiet and there are elementary and middle schools right in front, and mountains in the back. I've been moving in since 2018, and it's been well maintained, including repainting, repairing sidewalk blocks, and cleaning the parking lot on a regular basis. However, the management fee remains the same.
