단지 뒤로는 백련산, 앞으로는 녹번역. 은평구청. 은평세무소.은평보건소 등 관공서과 코앞이기에 주거지역으로 최상. 명성학원이라는 은평구에서 가장 큰 초중고 입시대형학원 단지 입구에 있음. 관공서 주변이기에 유흥시설이 없음. 학부모들에게 교육환경 good.
