밤에도 이중주차
아파트 방문시 방문집에 아무도 없음 단지 입구 차단기 문을 잘 안열어주네요.
입주민이 타고 있어도 몇번 실랑이 했어요..
스마트폰 앱으로 방문객 차량등록 시스템이 있다는데 어르신들이 스마트폰 잘 못 하면 어쩌라는건지..
젊은 사람 위주의 스마트한 아파트 단지였어요..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 롯데몰과 성복역 이용이 편하고 어린이집이며 유치원, 수지초 정평중이 가까워 아이들 키우기 좋아요. 단지내 따뜻한 분위기와 아이들을 배려해주는 분위기에 계속 살고싶은 아파트예요. 인근 롯데몰 및 역 이용객 구분을 위해 주차단속이 조금 타이트하지만 미리 앱으로 등록하거나 집에서 확인시 열어주니 문제없습니다. 주차 정리도 잘해주시고 경비아저씨들도 관리를 잘해주십니다. 최근열렸던 이주년 행사도 너무 즐거웠어요. 성복천 산책도 매일할 수 있고 주변에 유해시설 하나 없는 밝은 동네예요~^^
Easy to use Lotte Mall and Seongbok Station, it is good for raising children as it is close to Kindergarten and Sujeongcho Jungpyeongjung. It is an apartment that I want to keep living in the warm atmosphere of the complex and the care for children. The parking control is a little tight to separate the nearby Lotte Mall and station users, but it is not a problem because it is opened when you register with the app or check it at home in advance. You are good at arranging your parking and you are good at managing the guards. The recent two-year event was also fun. You can also walk around Seongbokcheon every day.
