★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 돼지곱창이지만 냄새 없고 특히 백곱창이란건 우리의 상상을 뛰어넘는 식감 특별한 맛이라기보다는 상상을 뛰어 넘는 맛이 필요한것같아요
It's a pork giblet, but it doesn't smell, and especially a white giblets doesn't have a special taste beyond our imagination.

곱창은 구리곱창이 최고라 생각했는데
백곱창이란걸 처음접하고 또 다른 세계가 있다는걸 깨닫게 해주었어요.
