 It's small and cozy. If you go too early, you won't be able to see Nori because she's before work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이곳은 시청에 동문 쪽 반대 건물에 있고 요 공간은 크지는 않지만 조용하니 얘기 나누기 좋은 곳이고 주위에 병원 식당들이 많이 있으며 ᆢ재미있는것은 노리라는 이름은 카페 주인 개이름 이랍니다
This place is located in the building opposite the east gate of the city hall. The space is not big, but it is quiet, so it is a good place to talk. There are many hospital restaurants around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They've got really good coffee, they roast it themselves. The shops named after their dog, Nori. So if your allergic to dogs, a word of warning. Also, the shops a little on the small side seats maybe 10-15 people
