Faithful to the basics. Meat and sauce are delicious. The sauce is fine but I like the sauce a bit more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 갈매기살(돼지고기의 부위) 취급 전문점으로서 식당은 비록 작지만 서비스도 좋고 맛도 매우 좋은 곳입니다. 서울 마포갈매기 본점 사장님의 친척분이 운영하시는 곳이라는 소문이 있습니다. 일행 중 한 분이 불판에 손을 살짝 데었는데 여자 사장님이 오셔서 괜찮으냐고 물어보시고 우선 차가운 물을 그릇에 떠다주시며 담그라고 하시고 물이 식자 얼음주머니를 가져다 주셨습니다. 그 밖에도 지나다니시며 필요한 것이 없는지 계속 물어보시는 등 가게와 서비스 관리에 매우 신경쓰시는 모습이 보기 좋았습니다. 평일인데도 빈자리가 거의 없고 찾아온 손님이 기다리는 경우도 있었습니다.
