★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 제공하는 서비스(이벤트 대응 및 물품)와 제품(도넛)에 대해, 고객 입장에서의 이해와 설명보다는 매장, 회사 입장의 일방적 얘기만 하는 곳. 고객대응 자체는 상냥하고 친절하게 해주지만, 앞의 이유로 던킨은 다시 방문하고 싶지 않음. 이번 이벤트하면서 가격도 은근슬쩍 올렸음. 던킨은 제품제조(위생상태 뉴스 참조)부터 고객응대까지 망한 듯...
A place that only talks about the services (event response and goods) and products (donuts) provided by the store and the company, rather than understanding and explaining from the customer's point of view. The customer service itself is kind and friendly, but for the above reasons, I don't want to visit Dunkin again. During this event, the price was slightly raised. Dunkin seems to have gone bankrupt from product manufacturing (refer to the hygiene news) to customer service...
